It gives me immense pleasure to pen down the saga of accomplishments of LRDAV Public School which started as a small but significant endeavour to carry forward the message of DAV movement in an ever-progressive stride towards a brighter future. LRDAV always aims at providing integral education to the students who are the future responsible and responsive citizens of our country. In order to ensure all-round development of a learner, the school puts forward its sincere effort for a balanced development of the body, mind and spirit. We always strive to provide an environment which allows both talent and character to develop. We always aim at providing effective teaching and learning situations, which help students to develop critical thinking, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills, ethical behavior and to become morally and socially responsible human beings. The school is well equipped with well-ventilated and adequately illumined, neatly designed classrooms catering to the specific needs of the teacher and the taught. The dedicated band of highly motivated teaching faculties extend supportive guidance, thoughtful insights and prudent facilitation for proper understanding and conceptual clarification of different subjects. The school library houses a thousand of books which help the students to quench their thirst for knowledge and information. The science laboratory provides hands on training to gain first hand experience of scientific laws and principles. The computer lab, the dept. of Art and Craft, Music and Dance endeavours to inculcate into little minds the essence of creativity and innovation. The Dept. of Physical education is involved in games, sports and physical fitness programme. Imparting Vediv Education to the students is one of the unique efforts of LRDAV in spreading the age-old message of our rich cultural heritage. With warmth, compassion, strength, integrity, playfulness, our mission becomes bekons us. Nothing else matters our passion. And, the motto of “unlocking the treasure from within the little hearts” is self-propelling. Let us join our hands and hearts to work together towards a brighter future.
